Phone: 651-326-7122

Women's Wellness Journey offers packages to fit with where you are in life and to meet your goals. Here are the available options within the program:

The Journey Begins - $75

The journey begins with a health and wellness assessment. This consists of:

  • Health screenings including: fasting blood sugar, fasting cholesterol panel, blood pressure and body composition (body fat percentage, body mass index, waist/hip ratio).

  • 90-minute consultation to review personal and family history, current lifestyle practices, screening results and an awareness of how they contribute to your risk factors for different diseases.

  • Empowering education to inspire you to start making changes.

  • A wellness journal to help you track your progress and medical information.

Stepping Stones - $300

Stepping Stones is the start of your health and wellness coaching. You will receive ongoing accountability, support and expert knowledge to help you reach your goals.

Stepping Stones includes:

  • 60-minute wellness planning session to clarify your priorities, create your personal wellness vision and ignite your motivation to change.

  • Ten 30-minute coaching sessions to define your weekly goals and plan ahead  to work around potential obstacles.

  • One year after your initial visit, you will repeat your health screens and celebrate the positive lifestyle changes you have made along your journey.

The Extra Mile - $150

If you feel you need more coaching to help maintain the progress you have made with Stepping Stones, then go the extra mile on your journey. This is recommended after three to six months of Stepping Stone coaching.

This mile offers four 40-minute coaching sessions to help you strengthen your positive change and growth.

The Women's Wellness Journey program is not covered by insurance, but payment installments are available.
