How is Women’s Wellness Journey different from other wellness programs?

The Women’s Wellness Journey takes into account your emotional, spiritual and physical health. You will work with our Certified Health and Wellness Coach to find a solution to succeed at your wellness goals beyond just losing weight or eating healthier.

Do I have to be a current HealthEast patient?

Women’s Wellness Journey is open to all women, whether or not you are a HealthEast patient.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. Simply call and make an appointment.

I already have a doctor. Where does he or she fit in?

Women’s Wellness Journey was built to compliment the care you receive from your doctor. After your first appointment, Selina will send your doctor a report outlining your test results and wellness goals.

Does insurance cover the program cost?

Women’s Wellness Journey is not covered by insurance. However, if you have a health savings account, your doctor may be able to request approval for it to be covered.
