Waiting rooms

Depending on the reason for your visit to St. John's, various departments, such as Emergency, Surgery, ICU, Radiology and Maternity Care have comfortable waiting rooms in their areas. Ask any staff member to direct you to the appropriate waiting areas.

Telephones

You may make local calls from the phones in any of the waiting rooms. Dial "9" for an outside line. Cell phone use is limited, so be sure to ask staff if you are in an area where cell phone usage is permitted.

Wireless Internet

St. John's provides wireless Internet access so patients, family members or other guests can bring their laptop computers and use the Internet onsite. Stop at any information desk or nursing station to obtain a card with the password to access the Internet.

Please note that St. John's cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the wireless network. Also, web sites considered inappropriate will be blocked.

Smoking

St. John's Hospital, along with all HealthEast hospitals, clinics and other facilities are tobacco free. Smoking is also prohibited on hospital grounds.

Thank you for not smoking or using tobacco while visiting our facilities.

ATM

An ATM is located in the hospital cafeteria.
