Patient and Family Advocate

Your hospital experience is important to us.

If you have specific questions or concerns during your stay, you may contact the clinical director or manager of the department where you are receiving care or call our Patient and Family Advocate at 651-232-7967 during regular business hours for a personal reply.

If you have a concern in the evening or on weekends, contact St. John's at 651-326-7777.

For a social worker/social services, please call HealthEast Care Connection at 651-326-CARE (2273) and they can direct your call.

Billing concerns

If you have concerns about billing issues or care concerns after discharge from the hospital, call HealthEast Customer Advocacy at 651-232-5150.

Health care financial information

St. John's financial counselor is available to answer your questions
about your insurance coverage. Call us at 651-232-7019 between
8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
