Celebrating Midlife Women
This monthly educational series is an opportunity to learn, share and laugh about changes as you make the transition through midlife. Each month a medical professional will cover a topic pertaining to this time in your life.
Bring a girlfriend, have a glass of wine and enjoy a night out. Come to all our sessions or select those to fit your needs.
Dates, location and cost
- Second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
Complimentary light appetizers are served from 6 to 6:30 pm.
- Sessions are held at Rudy's Redeye Grill & White Bear Country Inn, located at 4940 N Hwy 61 in White Bear Lake.
- Cost is $20 per session or $95 for the series.

Continuing education
Each class is designed to meet the continuing education requirements of health care professionals. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance for 2.4 contact hours per class. It is the responsibility of the individual participant to determine if it applies to their practice and submit it to their licensing board for continuing education credit.
