Hearts heal quicker when supported by a network of caring individuals.

Heart to Heart meetings educate and support heart care patients and their families. Meetings alternate between St. Joseph's Hospital, St. John's Hospital and Woodwinds Health Campus.

Meetings are held on Thursday evenings.
