651-232-5757 HealthEast Diabetes Care offers education and training to help you safely manage your blood sugars - whether you have type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. Since 1993, we have met the national standards for diabetes education. Our diabetes educators work with patients at HealthEast hospitals and at most HealthEast Clinics locations. Working togetherIn partnership with your doctor, our staff of professionals - certified diabetes educators, pharmacists and exercise specialists - offer education and training to help you and your family manage diabetes. To make an appointmentWe see patients at most HealthEast Clinics locations. To make an appointment, please call your clinic directly. InsuranceMost of our programs require either a clinician's recommendation or referral. Health insurance companies typically cover a portion of the cost for the services provided. If you don't have insurance, you may qualify to have a portion of the services covered through a scholarship program established by the Lions 5M-6 Clubs and HealthEast Foundation.
